Frogmore Stew
serves 4
Ingredients
- 3 lbs new potatoes
- 1 can beer
- 1 ea large onion (quartered)
- 3 ea celery ribs (chopped)
- 2 T Old Bay seasoning
- 36 in Polish sausage (1 1/2" lengths)
- 6 ea fresh crabs
- 6 ears fresh corn on cob
- 3 lbs shrimp (raw, unpeeled)
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in water and beer for 7 minutes. Add the onion, celery and Old Bay. Season to taste and continue boiling for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
- Add the Polish sausage and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add the crabs and corn and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and boil for 3 minutes.
- Plate and serve with mustard.
